Hacked client user

chiles55 has a hacked client. It allows X-ray, Fullbright, and many other bad features. I have evidence of only the spamming part of it. It can autochat Swastika's, Nyan cats, and Orly owls.

Yes, this is a hacked client, as I've seen these before.

I will ban him next time I'm in game, unless someone else does before me.
