Okay so I have been banned for a reason which I do not know of, unless it was for not going on to the server for like 6 days?
but here is the appeal because I actually wouldn't mind going back on the server?

Nope I haven't done that ever

No
- Did you piss off an operator?
Nope, I am one?
- Did you draw hateful symbols or say hateful remarks?

I was informed by Detrom that you were giving spawned items to Ridzilla. Then when I came over I did indeed see chests stacked with Diamond, and I found hidden chests under ground with other spawned items.
Whether or not it was you or someone else on your account doesn't matter. You have to take responsibility for your account.
You will be unbanned in 1 day.

As for your Operator status: 'Do not spawn items for other or yourself, this is still a survival server.'
You broke that rule.
