As a server event, maybe you could be supplied diamond shovels, but not keep them. If not, I would donate a few diamond shovels and snow . You'd have to buy the snow from warp shop though.

the main reason Dk said "But as for now it will have to wait." was that we have a more important change to the sever right now, removing the white list. We are focusing on getting ready for that but this will be looked at again once we are finished.
If you want you can start to draw up plans and put together ideas for when we are ready.
